Podcast Feature: The Mum Boss Podcast

Writer: Sarah Kate CoachingSarah Kate Coaching

I really enjoyed recording this episode with Renae O'Neill from The Mum Boss Podcast!

Renae and I have so much in common and I feel like we could have chatted forever.

This was such a juicy episode where we chatted deeply about Mum Guilt and I shared my GUILT method with the listeners. We also discussed the importance of boundaries and both shared our experiences of being Mums who run businesses and what things help us to 'balance' it all. We were both very open and honest during this episode, so I hope you appreciate our vulnerability.

You can listen to the episode here.
